Osborn Metals manufactures tubes, profiles and bars in rolled or cold-drawn designs. Both solid and hollow. With the different production methods, Osborn Metals can offer profiles in the most suitable design for the final product.

The materials range from simple carbon steels, tool steels and stainless steels to more exotic alloys. Quantities from 100 kg to hundreds of tons. All units are certified according to the ISO 9001 standard and many approvals are available from international organisations for the aviation and automotive industry.

 

Cold drawn steel profiles

Osborn Metals (Bujon) provides precision cold drawn steel sections in solid or tube form for an enormous range of applications.

Cold drawn steel profiles offer the precision of machining without the waste and often with improved mechanical properties. Osborn Bujon is accredited to ISO 9001:2000 offering technical support to provide solutions to your cost saving opportunities.

Precision tubes

Osborn Tubes is a specialist producer of precision alloy steel tubes for demanding applications in aerospace and other high technology industries.

The range of materials includes 15CrMoV6 (15CDV6- Wr Nr 1.7344), 18CrMoV4, 25CrMo4 ,T45 and T60 as well as TU and TS seamless and welded specifications.

Osborn Tubes has now introduced a new high performance range of precision tubes especially for the automotive market matching Osborn Tubes advanced aerospace expertise with the demands of motorsport. The new products are known as Osborn GT750TM and Osborn GT1000TM.

The product range covers tube with outside diameters from 3mm to 90mm and wall thickness from 0.4mm to 10mm. Tolerances on diameter can be as low as +/- 0.015mm.   

Osborn Tubes are now able to offer a range of cold drawn seamless tubes produced in 17-4PH (AMS 5643) and 15-5PH (AMS 5659))to meet the needs of the aerospace market.

Osborn Tubes has approval to AS9100 and therefore has extensive aerospace approvals.
