J.G. Dahmen & Co KG is a family owned company founded in 1919 and specialized in manufacturing of precision wire in diameters from 0,018 mm. Beside round wire Dahmen also produce flat and shaped wires as well as spark erosion (EDM) wire. The materials includes carbon and stainless steels, nickel and ni-alloys, cupper and cu-alloys, aluminium and brass.

Spark erosion (EDM) wire from Dahmen is marketed under the brand name dacoCut^®.
